James Akers
James has worked as a mortgage advisor since 2007, initially with a National Estate Agency chain, then independently as a mortgage broker, gaining vast experience and an enviable reputation along the way. In 2020 James founded Akers Pritchett with his friend and colleague Steve Pritchett. Akers Pritchett are ‘whole of market’ mortgage and protection advisors, who take pride in their excellent advice and customer service.
James loves helping people, whether it’s getting them on to the property ladder, moving into a new dream home or achieving financial security. He’s a big fan of operating a friendly, relaxed working environment while keeping totally focussed on his clients’ needs and ambitions.
When not in the office, James and his wife Jess have two young children at home to keep them busy! And when time permits, James is a big sports fan, especially motorsport.
